The thickness of the present

This series explores contemporary landscapes through the traces left by human activity each day.
Urban spaces, outskirts, areas in transition, and more ordinary locales become the stage for an ongoing coexistence
between nature and inhabitants, uses and built environments. Colors, materials, textures, and signs accumulate,
creating dense images where the eye wanders between order and disorder.
Without seeking to pass judgment, I observe these fragments of the world as they appear today. I look less for events
than for sensations, less for explanations than for resonance. Hovering between poetry and melancholy,
these photographs question how we inhabit places and reveal the tangible depth of the present.
